3. Appointments and Reservations

A reservation is confirmed only after the service details, location, appointment time, and price have been agreed upon.
Submitting an enquiry or sending a WhatsApp message does not automatically create a confirmed reservation.
4. Prices and Payment
Service prices are communicated and agreed upon before the appointment is confirmed.
Payment is made after the massage service has been completed.

The identity of any alternative service provider and the relevant service arrangements will be clarified before confirmation.
Personal information will not be shared with an alternative therapist without an appropriate legal basis.
